International Shipping

We’re so glad that you’re excited to get your order! We’ve put together this handy post to help answer all your questions about our international shipping.

 

How long will it take to get my order?

Shipping takes 7-15 business days, which we know can feel like a long time. As much as we wish we could, we can’t make this go any faster.

 

How do I track my order? 

You should have received an email with a link to the tracking page once your order shipped. If you didn't receive the email, just let us know, and we can send it to you.

 

Do I have to pay customs fees?

All international orders can be subject to local taxes, duties and customs charges for which the recipient is responsible. Customs fees vary from country-to-country and are unfortunately out of our control. We can’t refund you any custom fees, sorry!

 

Who do you ship with?

We partner with APC to track your package along its global journey. The actual postal service varies. While the package is in the US, the United States Postal Service (USPS) is most likely in possession of your package. Once the package clears customs in your country, it will most likely be passed off to your local public postal service.

 

 Why can't I see my full address?

That's completely normal. The APC tracking page only shows the City, Country, and Postal Code, never the street address. 

 

What if I can’t see any tracking updates?

All orders are shipped “ParcelConnect Priority DDU wDelcon”, so you should see most tracking updates. You also have the ability to check the tracking updates directly with the postal service. In the upper right hand corner of the tracking page there is a heading that says “track your package” followed by a blue tracking number. Click on the tracking number, and it should take you to the postal service tracking page. You should also be able to use that same tracking number to track the package with your local postal carrier. If you don't see this additional tracking number, simply let us know, and we will reach out to APC for you.
